We ship Monday – Friday. All orders much be submitted by 12pm noon in order to start the packaging process. Orders take between 24-48 hours to process before leaving our facilities. 

For faster shipping (like 2 day air or the like) please contact us to get exact processing time.

We accept returns within 30 days of the order. There is a 20% restocking fee which is withheld from the reimbursement amount. 

Returned items must in good condition and without any show of use. 

You may repackage and ship your return on your own. Or, you can contact us for a return label and the cost will be withheld from the reimbursement amount. 

HEALTH & SAFETY: Do not ingest products, and avoid inhaling spray mist. Make sure your space is well-ventilated while painting and keep products out of reach of children. Immediately wash skin that has come into contact with products, and close your container tightly when you’re finished.

CAUTION: Scraping or sanding surfaces of older buildings (especially pre-1978) may release dust containing lead or asbestos. Always wear personal protective equipment while sanding and washing these surfaces. Exposure to lead or asbestos can be very hazardous to your health. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment during surface preparation, and finish cleanup of any residues by waterwashing all surfaces. SAFE STORAGE CONDITIONS Store products in a cool, well-ventilated area. Maintain temperatures between 0ºF and 90ºF. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or flame. Inspect containers periodically for leaks.

DISPOSAL: Dispose of paint according to your local regulations, and never pour paint down your drain.
